The Alexandria Education Center is located in the Carlyle Center in Alexandria, Virginia near Washington, DC. The location is convenient to Ronald Reagan International Airport and is adjacent to historical Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. We are just off of the Capital Beltway (I-495) and within walking distance to King Street Metro on the system’s Blue and Yellow lines.
You can enter the Ed Center in 2 ways:
1)If you are walking to the Education Center, our entrance is at the intersection of Jamieson Avenue and John Carlyle Street, just above Potbelly Sandwich Works Restaurant at 401 John Carlyle Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.
2) If you are driving to the Education Center, the parking garage entrance is at 1925 Ballenger Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22314. Take the elevator marked “Learning Tree. We are located on the second floor.

Parking is available in a parking garage below the Education Center. There is a charge for parking and we do not validate. For your convenience, the garage accepts both cash and credit/debit cards for payment. The garage is located at 1925 Ballenger Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22314. From the garage, take the elevator in the garage marked “Learning Tree” to get into the Education Center.

Walking Directions from King Street Metro (approximately a 7 minute walk)
-Turn right out of the station
-Follow the signs and take the “Duke Street Pedestrian Concourse” toward “Carlyle”
-Turn Left onto Jamieson Avenue
-Turn Right onto John Carlyle Street (Potbelly Restaurant will be on your right)
-Our entrance is next to Potbelly Restaurant on your right

The Alexandria Education Center is located about 20 minutes from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and about 30 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).

Driving Directions from the Capital Beltway (I-495)
-Take the exit for Telegraph Road North
-Follow signs for Duke Street/236-East toward Old Town Alexandria.
-Turn Right onto Dulany Street.
-Proceed through a traffic light and a stop sign. After you go through the stop sign turn Left onto Ballenger Avenue.
-The parking garage entrance will be on your left, just before an orange awning.
